He knows his shit. He probably built his size with good old testosterone and nandrolone, then uses masteron, winny, etc. to get lean. And obviously hgh is run permanently

i used to train the fuck out of my arms 4 days a week and never got that thickness in the arms when relaxed. when flexed my arms popped decently but this guys arms are too jacked in relaxed to be natty unless his genes are 30 percent better then mine. i never had lean angular pecs i always had to kinda pose semi flex mine so they wouldnt look droopy

his pecs have always been big and angular

he was natural here right? looks like a twink sort of but badass pecs

hairline always been a strongpoint too

He does a lot of neck bridging, seen him use his neck harness...your neck doesn't get that big without direct training.

I'm not into MMA but I haven't heard anything bad about Bonjasky, seems like a friendly & humble person.
Names like his are pretty common in Suriname.
