NCAA Wrestling history could be made tonight: Kyle Dake

8 pm on espn, the finals of the NCAA tournament, at 165 is Kyle Dake vs. Taylor (Penn State) in a grudge match... Dake is looking to be the first human to win 4 NCAA titles in 4 different weight classes, an uprecedented achievement.

People are debating if this will be the greatest achievement in college wrestling (if Dake pulls it off, that's a BIG if, Taylor killed everyone this tournament and only lost to Dake by OT this season), but I am not convinced.  Cael Sanderson went 4 years undefeated, with 4 national titles beating his coach Dan Gable's achievment.  Pat Smith won first to win 4 straight titles I believe, but 4 in a row, in different (heavier) weight class each year is HUGE statement and would be historic.

P.S. : Ric Flair is the MAN!!! Love the Nature Boy... His son is a great amateur (real ;-) wrestler and he coaches him often... Whooooo!!!
