When do you increase weight
« on: March 25, 2013, 09:26:19 AM »
I've always increased my bench by 50lbs   Once I can do 8 or more clean reps I increase by 50lbs and repeat the process.  I believe this is why I can cleanly press so much weight.
What do you all do??  Thoughts???

Sounds like the perfect plan. You can just increase by 50 until the day you die.

The only thing you easily increase by 50 is your post count.

50=Karen Mackle's real age.

Why is this place so negative.   So mAny haters.    You gotta be pretty weak and pathetic to have so much negativity in your post

You gotta be pretty weak and pathetic to seek validation on a "bodybuilding" message board.

You have me mistaken for sev.   I was simply posting a question

Sebastian is merely a gypsy attention whore.  You are a passive-aggressive, cock-gobbling attention whore.  No mistake.

i take off my Timberland boots and tie them to the ends of the barbell. Adds an extra 2-3lbs that they don't make plates for

This troll loves pretending he can press 500lb on the bench press for 1RM. Clearly 95lb is his upper limit.

He also says he can curl 225lb for reps.
