Ring size increase since using gear.
« on: December 15, 2005, 11:40:19 AM »
I have been using for 3 years now, and since using I've gone from around 190 to 250, and bodyfat has gone down slightly.  My wedding ring doesn't fit anymore, and when I got resized for another one, the size has changed 4.5 sizes.  Have any of you experienced a similar kind of bone mass increase.  My wrists are much thicker now as well.

My podiatrist friend mentioned that xrays from kickers, and soccer players show much more bone mass in the kicking leg, so some bone mass accrual is expected from just the extra training.  But 4 1/2 sizes bigger?

Is this caused from Gh increase from the gear?  Has this happened to any of you guys?

All answers are appreciated.

Unlikely any increase in bone size/mass of your ring finger.  Most likely due to the repetitive cycles associated with increased fluid retention, edema, leading to some thickening of those tissues.  190 to 250...God bless ya!

^Concur with Freaker.

Also you might want to consider how the intake of mass amounts of nutrition could have impacted your bone density and mass to some extent.

Ya brother. You have put on (24% more) body weight. Think about that
not a suprise that ring size would jump - its a great thing . . .

C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S !!

I started *hardcore BB* in 1993 @ 145lbs ('was' a serious bicycle rider)
by 1996 - got up to 195 (26% shift in BW in 3 years)
I have kept 50 lbs on the past 12 years.

I've have been through ?3? woredrobes
Not a damn thing *off the rack* that will work . . .
With shirts the fit of neckline, sleeve length
and body looks like a frikin tent.

You have a hard time buying off the rack?   ???

Just be glad you're not me!  Even though I'm 5'11", I have T-Rex syndrome, (that's the real medical name for the condition) and as such I have extremely short, stubby arms so even in short sleeve shirts my finger tips barely protrude from the sleeves!

I had two ribs removed when I was younger which then allowed me to bend down and masturbate.

Thanks bros for the insight to this problem.  I was beginning to wonder if the I had some crazy tumor causing my GH to spin out of control.  Much appreciated.

I started out at around 190 and 13 percent, which is about 165 lean (yikes).
I'm 6'3" by the way.
Now I'm around 250-255 at 14 percent, whic is about 215 lean. (now that's better).
Funny thing is that those caliper tests say that I have gained around 10 fat over the 3 years, which is probably accurate I guess.
My goal is around 300 after a bulk, and around 275 at 10-12 percent.
I haven't been able to train legs since 2000, but they have still grown quite a bit, I guess from carrying around the extra weight, and from the gear.

I actually like the bone mass accumulation, but there have been other not so fun side effects to my usage, and that is tissue growth in the throat area.  I used to prefer to sleep on my back, but now I can't, my throat just closes up and I snore like a mother.  The wonderful wife isn't crazy about those changes I might add.

The more gear I do, the worse it gets, but I blindly forge ahead closing in on the 300 mark.  I never snored before the gear.
Case studies with administration of Test shows an increase in sleep apnoea, so this falls in line with it.

I don't think being a tall weight lifter is advantageous in any way, but my boys do seem to bounce back really quickly post cycle.

DAMN is that the truth!! Man I swear I NEVER snored before.  Last cycle I started snoring so loud it woke ME up!!  Wife was gettin' PISSED!  Bravo told me he had the same problem.  This time around I'm going to try one of those things they advertise that you stick on your nose to see if it works.

Often I have to order XXL or XXL polo shirts......and the "loose fit" Levis.......otherwise the legs are too narrow and they kill me.

I hear ya' on that.  Pants for me anymore are an absolute nightmare.  I've actually been shopping lately for new jeans and it's really been frustrating finding a pair that fits the way I like.

Shirts are getting bad as well.  Basically nothing below an XL works.  Even then, I often find the shoulders are too narrow, but the torso portion of the shirt is humongous, which I hate.  Luckily I've been able to find polo and knit shirts in "slim" and "athletic" cuts that look better.

I don't have much of a choice.  I get Polo shirts by Ralph Lauren or IZOD in XXL and they fit the shoulders and chest, but of course the torso just hang down....

Nothing I can do about that......

I have a pants problem too.
I fit in the waist at about 38"   but the legs....forget about it.
I need about 42 baggy at least, and if you just buy regular pants they look so damn dorky.
I have 1 pair of jeans size 38 made by carl jones the leg room is tremendous, they are kind of like carpenter pants.
I think they are made for that huge hip hop look, but they fit me great.
I wish I could find more!
Shorts are no problem as well as shirts.
You can always buy the big waist jeans and them pay a tailor to alter them.
