The only way I see THAT happening, is if Cyprus secured their bailout from the troika, by coming up with the matching funds through a theft of HIS accounts, ...as a personal favour to Putin. :D

This guy went for billions to broke... He w selling his art collection,cars, closing his London offices and laying off staff... And sueing people for little reason to try and recup money.. Unreal...
