I remember Rollins was a fan of powerlifting.  He used to talk about Ed Coan.  I remember him occasionally wearing a Quads Gym t-shirt.  Rollins is a smart guy.  Total workaholic.  I met him a couple times and he was very cool.  I used to argue with him about politics via email every once in a while.

I read an interview said he did the big 3 lifts and overhead press and that's it. PL mentality, doesn't surprise me he's an Ed coan fan
