no bro. you can make a small search to know that muslims can own dogs.. muslims are not allowed to have dogs just for loving them like nasser and me but it's ok if a muslim has a dog for protection or guarding or farming or whatever useful task a dog can do.. also even allowed dogs must stay outside the house..

so yes according to islam i am a sinner to own a dog for fun 'although i keep him outside mu house" but being a sinner doesnt make me not muslim..

drinking wine is a big sin in islam but again muslims who drink are still muslims as long as they believe in Allah and his messenger..

i met him on several occassions at expo's ect. nasser was a great guy btw. he was of the most approachable pro's that i ever met

nasser was living normally and doing everything normally till the last day.. when i met him he was eating all kinds of food and lifted weights and did some cardio.. didnt look ill at all..

on the last day after lunch he excused his parents to take a nap and he never waked up.. i dont want to know more than this because knowing the exact cause wont change anything.. but logically no one dies of kidney failure in his sleep like this without any pain.. according to his family it was a sudden unexpected death.. he was going to leave egypt by mid march but preferred to stay for 2 more weeks or so..

nasser's previous visit in egypt was in 2005.. in quran there is an ayah that says:

"no one knows what he shall earn on the morrow; and no one knows in what land he shall die"
