so now i looked on his facebook and saw he added a new profile GM SHAFFER II and wrote that he is in a relationship since 2007-but all this time he chat with stupid girls on his facebook wall which are atracted with his insulina body,i dont get it how stupid this girls are

I don't know the guy, but he made a better choice going from Guy Montefiore Shaffer to G. M. Shaffer. G.M. Shaffer has a much pleasanter ring to it.

I would have removed the "Guy" and just gone with Montefiore period, like an artists name such as Madonna, Prince, Cher etc
