In this, the second of three videos filmed March 9th at the NPC Stage-Ready Workshop in Boston, Mass, 4x Mr Olympia Jay Cutler discusses  "conditioning yourself for the contest" and goes through everything from walking out on stage to symmetry poses, transitions and mandatory poses.

 

Cutler goes into detail on mandatory poses and how to display muslces to make the physique look its best.

 

He also touches on bouncing back from his bicep injury, getting started and when he first met Ron Harris.
