I stopped training.

I just eat healthy and work outside doing farmer type stuff.

I look exactly the same.

Natural weight lifting = spinning your wheels in the mud. That US, after you get the gains from the first few years.

Training is fun, I would train anyway.

Ok - in all seriousness and mother jokes aside - what motivates you to train?

1.  Looking better?

2.  Better functional fitness in life?

5.  You like looking at little coolies on the stair master and treadmill?

Ran across this clip and this sort of sums it up - training makes dealing w shit a lot easier IMHO.

Looking and feeling better is the main goal...looking at the tight booties at the NYSC in Croton and Scarsdale doesnt hurt either  ;D

I do not get why so many people say, "training natural is a waste of time." Dumbest thing I ever heard. Who ever said that everyone trains to look like Ronnie Coleman, and unless you looked jacked like him, its a waste.  ::) ::)

Some people train because 1) they like to train, 2) they want to stay in shape and healthy, and 3) you will still come out with a decent build.

I mean, as long as you look better than Vince Goodrum, youre doing alright for yourself.

No bullshit answer here.....after 38+ years, it's because it's become a habit, I don't look forward to it. It's become more of a job than a goal.

im 37 and look forward to working out as much now as ever.  I just love it.   Better than anything else for me
Same here.  I look forward to it.  In fact, I am about to go down and train legs, squats, front squat, Stiff Legged Deadlifts and other leg exercises even though its pretty late already.

I love the challenge and the feeling of it all.  The more difficult the better.

Yes, but youre disgustingly ugly. So all the working out wont fix that.

You fail.

with cswol, the only thing which gives away that hes a hormone user are his red lobster skin from the 300-200bloodpressure and the very obvious oil reservoir in his "arms"

Yes, the oil in his arms is quite apparent, given his 12 inch forearms.

To maintain atleast a decent physical shape, goal setting, adds variety to routine. You have 24 hours a day, you fill part of it with activity you enjoy in some way.

i go before work.currently i dont go at all, really missing it, feeling like marshmellowman in the making :-X

Even though I don't enjoy it so much anymore, I still train hard and heavy. I just REALLY have tomotivate myself everyday. I hate the feeling of doing that.

Listen up man. Go to the hospital immediately and get your blood work done, you are about to die. And get off all gear immediately, and start drinking 5 Gallons of water per day to flush out your toxified internal organs.

Just trying to save your life. You look like hell.

1.  Looking better?

2.  Better functional fitness in life?

3.  Hook ups (no homo) ?

4.  You enjoy it and its better than softball or golf?

5.  You like looking at little coolies on the stair master and treadmill?

6.  Or something else?
