Careful with Tramadol/Ultram, it's another one of those painkillers that is not supposed to have any addictive properties, but it does. It's not as pronounced as it's Opiate brethren, but it's still there.

I know, i took it for 3 month solid when i first injured my rotator cuff and the few days coming off them were horrible, sweats, nausea, cravings, flu-like symptoms etc....
