From what I know every top olympic lifter like Zielinski, Dolega, Ilin can squat over 300kg after training session. I had opportunity to talk with a guy who trains olympic weightlifting in Poland, he claims IIRC Zielinski squats 340kg after snatches and cleans with perfect form, with belt.
They usually don't brag about it simply because they don't care. Pat Mendes is an internet star more than weightlifter, he never achieved anything anywhere.
Overall, USA is nothing in olympic weightlifting compared to Russia, Bulgaria or even Poland, Kazachstan.
BTW their training is fucking brutal. 6 days a week, 2 to 3 training sessions per day. Morning is like squat, snatch, clean, squat. Then snatch, clean&jerk, front squat. Then third, "light" session, working on weak points etc.
On top of that guys from lower weight categories of course diet down.
guy could compete in bodybuilding with BF like that.
