Im pretty sure i saw an older edition in english? I remember thinking the guy on the front looked like musclecentre. After reading this im sure it was.

Get yourself a copy of these two books, short, sweet and honest information. The majority of magazines and books on bodybuilding are bullshit and should be ashamed for their deliberate deceit and dishonesty about what body builders really do to achieve the physiques they do.

not all of us juice here. Nothing against people who do but not for me. However i think it´s good that you get books for information for people and that the knowledgable guys on here help with tried and tested info for new people.
