this is the best way I've found personally........

taper your gear usage down...., then run whatever pct you like to run
get ripped while'st your on ( the next bit is key )
try and keep your condition, dont ever look at the scales EVER!

keep your diet and training spot on just the same as you were doing...

tapering your gear down gets your body and head used to being smaller, i braved to look at the scales and im down to just over 16st, but ive got full six pack, veiny arms etc etc, you just have to get your head around not being massive in clothes, if you can win that battle youl probly never go back on

if you try to maintain an advanced weight, youl look like a pile of shit...staying lean is where its at

ahh that time when you're coming off is great though...I've never looked so good. Even right now dropping my test from 500 to 250 a week I can see a difference in water retention.

But if anyone is gonna try to come off for good that is the way to go...exactly as local hero laid out. I would throw in some creatine and ephedrine...I found that to help.....for a little while.

i fully agree mate.

stay lean, dont even try to hold the weight.

now as for never going back on, after couple months off, you will start to deflate alot,and i mean,alot,everything will be pancake flat,and natty dieting will be very unforgiving.a recipe for long term skinnyfat body Grin

lol,yeah, when i come off, the first month the little water under skin goes away, muscle remain there, but strenght vanishes, but it looks very very good.then comes slow deflation.
then you try to religiously keep protein intake and diet in check, all the while getting weaker and weaker in the gym, with patethic "pumps".

needing much more rest days between trainings.

loking smaller and smaller, this is all ok, but then suddenly you look into miror and notice how the msucle separation is simply withering away even though you diet kinda strictly.and then you start getting fatter, bit by bit.

and after 4months you look lie someone who trained naturaly for a year with some bloof, while dieting and eevrything.

then you go to doctor and get hrt script and end this comedy Cheesy

Yes.

This happened to me accept it took 3 months instead of 4 before my build turned to shit.
Yes, I DIETED. TRAINED HARD. Took supplements (mostly worthless) Did cardio..... STILL LOOKED HORRID.

Fact is, a bit of test helps big time. It's the difference between looking solid diesel or flabby.

somthing i left out of me guidlines was...

be realistic about how good you look

if i could travel back in time and show a 15yr old me a photo of me now drug free id of been more than happy with how id turned out, but once youve seen your self looking like a gym god, its very hard to take....

you have to keep it realistic and lower your expectations...

that being said ive been off over 5 month now and im still not clucking for juice yet...

pct is different for everyone... in my 20's i never ran one ever, nobody did pre interwebs realy... i just run nolva for a month or so afterwards these days just to put my mind at rest

12 weeks on low dose test is a waste of time imo

Off is OFF.

Doing 300 mgs a week, your crash won't suck that badly until about two months, at that point go back ON.

Perhaps consider 16 weeks on 6 weeks off.

probly a good idea... gh not slin mind..

but when i come off i like to come off everything, have a break from needles etc etc....in the back of my mind id be thinking 'this gh im shooting is wasted with out a nice dose of test/tren/etc'

Actually I should still have a fair bit of test/deca still in my system, hasn't even hit the time necessary for the first half-life decay, it's the blasted tren acetate that I'm noticing. That or I'm some sort of magical super-steroid clearing machine. Either way this sucks, I'm a gym rat, I like the gym. I've got a shit life and it's very cathartic and I enjoy exercising. I can't spend 1 1/2-2 hours there 6x days a week without gear I imagine. Just the way it's got to be for now, I've been on since October and I could really use a break, at least a small one.
