Ronnie is without a doubt one of the strongest bodybuilders of all time. He played college ball too. At a weight between 265 and 300lbs he would be difficult to defeat if all he did was ground and pound. Imagine him tackling you and punching while he held you down.

He would get beat fighting a trained competitive MMA fighter though.

exactly, and the crocop thing was when cro cop still had balls.

i wouldnt bet on crocop vs sapp these days anymore.

Crocop would beat Sapp even on his worst day.  Sapp could fight Crocop 100 times and never win.  Sapp has lost his last 10 MMA fights in a row, the majority of them nonames or bums.  Crocop on the other hand has only lost 3 of his last 12 fights with wins over Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Choi Hong-man, Josh Barnett and Wanderlei Silva.  Bob Sapp's only big wins during his whole career were against Ernesto Hoost  and Kimo.  Other than that he is well on his way to being washed up.

The only thing that could defeat Ronnie in his prime was a fifth-grade reading test

Pfft, dream on man. You obviously have no idea how a fight actually works.

Prediction:

Ronnie: Haymaker (miss)
Ronnie: Haymaker (miss)
Ronnie: Haymaker (miss)
Ronnie: Gassed the fuck out & tapping before getting his arm broken.

The end.

oh wow, you must know tapout

tell me, do you also train for ultimate fighter?

there is a huge difference between fighting in the ring and fighting outside the ring.

Just look at Bob Sapp, no skills but powerfull. In the ring there are rules, in the real world you should be worried that he would smash you into the ground and would kick you into the hospital. No BJJ skills will help you if you are lying on the ground and someone with his weight would jump at you and use his weight. And even in the ring Bob destroyed some highly skilled fighters.

Boxing same deal. In the ring he would be destroyed, in the real world they are enough boxers who get their ass kicked if somebody grabs them and throws them into the ground.

In the ring they are enough fighters would who defeat Ronnie in his prime. Outside the ring, if you are a smart fighter you will try to avoid fighting a guy like Ronnie. (BTW a smart fighter always tries to avoid fighting outside the ring).

Everyone keeps saying a bodybuilders will gas and of course they would but reality is even an untrained mma fighter would gas out as well. MMA fighters are not automatically in condition, they have to earn that shit before every fight. So the only fair way to ask a question like this is to say.... could a fully conditionally trained Ronnie win against an MMA fighter and then you can have a  proper discussion.

My 2 cents is that a fully 6-8 weeks of conditioning training version of Ronnie could propably smash most mma fighters in the lighter division but would probably lose against anyone over 200 lb

Oh and Bruce Lee was maybe strong for his weight but this is hollywood hype at it's finest, how people believe he can fight the way he does in the movies is beyond me, ah no offence to anyone.
