I've been shaving my head for years - my hair was going.  I did it for myself, and it was very liberating.  Luckily, the look is/was stylish as opposed to back in the day when one would like ill or like a skinhead.

In my experience, if you are handsome most women will not care if your head is shaved or not.  Of course, there are some women who do not like this regardless (no biggie - everyone has their likes/dislikes), and some that actually seek this out in a man.
