He's good in deadlifts, but the rest of his back work is poor technique with partial roms. Someone needs to educate him about the difference between training for powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Also his shape is back to a level we haven't seen in 3 to 4 years. He's aiming to try the new Super League [Dorian Yates' federation]
which he should do good in I believe.

Yeah I had zero interest in even visiting the website back when Dorian was on JRE podcast promoting it. Just something about it seems like it's a flash in the pan but hey , if a guy like Antoine can do well there, it's just another accomplishment for him and probably helps keep his sponsors happy , and give him a goal to strive for.

Might be better to prep for this than cardio, diet, more cardio , no social life and then take diuretics to go on stage

When was his last show, that NY pro 3-4 years ago where he looked like a big smooth baby?
The whole process of prepping/suffering for a show seems too conflicting for a strong social guy like him, who loves to do spontaneous things. He needs a goal/goals, like all of us do, so I wish him best of luck.

Antoine is just a guy with a drug problem, who has been to rehab several times and should probably stay away from all drugs, including steroids...
