Rode 75 miles yesterday and today
« on: April 02, 2013, 11:11:43 AM »
I dropped 4 lbs since yesterday according to my scale
I wonder if I ride this much everyday how long it will take me to drop another 25lbs.

Im guessing this won't happen daily. But it sure feels good tO know I'm heading in the right direction.

I'm not looking for any credit there are not a lot of hills in my town. But my goal was to get out of the house out of the office and crush this bodyfat in the next 90 days.   Taking the next 3 months off to get ripped.      The bike is decent quality I'm told.  It feels great and is smoothe as hell

That's what I was told.  I don't know what my brother paid for this bike but he says I can have it for half price.      He never even rode it

Nothing wrong with Jamis bro. I used to ride an Iron Horse mountain bike all the time, even for long rides. I know that is a bmx brand, but this was Easton, and full XT, Judy SL, SDG kevlar seat, etc. Pretty light too. Changed tires out to reduce rolling resistance for longer stuff. Wish I still had it really. It's an expensive hobby. I usually stuck around 30-40 miles for rides, but I used it for transportation which added a lot of mileage. Think I might get a bike again myself.

I rode a lot as a youngster so it's very easy for me now
I'm gonna try to bang off 100miles a day Until I reach 10% bf

Lofty goal but realistic I think

Yeah, I wouldn't lock that thing up anywhere for long. I'm sure someone would find a way to steal it, show his boys, and all be like "that's not a Mongoose holmes, you fucked up"

Here is the one you should get for your long runs. I'm sure financing the 10K wouldn't be a problem.  ;D

Lol.      I was riding a piece of shit mountain bike prior to this one and it was so uncomfortable after 20miles.

I squAred the tires off in about 3 weeks.    I think this bike was 200 bucks 5 years and 1000miles ago
