The accident was my fault, trying to avoid an animal and over corrected my swerve doing 85mph. I wasnt reallyconcerned about what they were doing because I have insurance but weeks later when I got the itemized bill from my insurance and the breakdown of the cost of everything they did it was ridiculous so Im very well aware of what they can get away with billing people. Depends on who you are or arent, whether or not you have insurance, blah blah blah. I was bleeding (out of where I shouldnt have been bleeding) so they thought my kidney had ruptured & that I had other internal injuries so they did what they did....Anyway, WAY off topic here. My point I guess was IF Rich ever does go to the doctor/surgeon acting like he is MR America & a movie star & valet parking his Bentley~chances are they are going to assume he has money to spend so when all is said and done with tests, surgery, follow up & PT it can be pretty pricey. I probably know him better than anyone & I can say with confidence that he isnt going to do what the doctors say anyway & he wont follow up so Im not quite sure what the future holds for his knee/leg. Any of us would have already had the surgery by now and been on the road to recovery, its not going to fix itself & its only going to get worse. Well, I made my GetBig debut (lol) for the year~just wanted to give my insight on this whole debacle but Im signing off GetBig until the next saga. You can always find me on facebook if you care to know me or anything in general...https://www.facebook.com/amywaz Have a fantastical weekend everyone!!!
So you were speeding when this accident occurred. So there is strike number one for common sense. Why wouldn't you be concerned with what procedures are being done. Being someone that says you have obtained a law degree, you present yourself as someone with above average intelligence. While I can give you some consideration of "who you are or aren't" when it comes to WHAT is being done, I can not oblige you when you try to present it as how MUCH they can charge with those same criteria. Again, let me be clear on this. A medical establishment can bill whatever they like to your insurance company. The insurance company will only pay them what they consider REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY fees. Now, if the hospital is 'in network', then there is the obligation of non-balance billing. Again, something that should have been investigated if you had a problem with the bill. For future reference, call your car insurance company and ask for med pay on your policy. Not only are you more protected when it comes to situations like this, but also because there is minimal fee to have it in case you need it.
They may or may not assume anything with the car he drives. That is not a given. Do I hope he gets raped on this one? Yep. Do we all hope you also seek treatment for the continued animosity you appear to display towards Rich (either warranted or not)? Yep. Not sure why you think you would be so important that we need to find you on facebook. Just for future reference, inviting people on here to your facebook page is something I would suggest you refrain from doing. It will most likely end badly.
P.S. You can not make a debut twice.
