That's real bodybuilding to me personally.

Great condition, shape and no gut, great posing to show it off, and great stage lighting. No stupid dances and shit.

What hapenned to that japanese pro that competed in the  90s , Katsumi Ishimura, did Masters O...?

Guy started training in his 40s after having health problems from alcohol, poor diet and smoking!

i remember that he had a accident with bus & injured when he was riding bicycle in California 1990s.

Their style are too old for me.
Pros who gave me influence a lot are Bob paris, Lee labrada, Shawn Ray,Kevin Levrone, Mohamed Makkawy, phil hill

I think its amazing he started training in his 40s after his doc told him he had to turn things around, his health was stuffed, and he turned pro in his 50s, stood on stage with some very good 90s bbers, and great masters showings later on
