There is a lot of young blokes at my gym who do all the same thing "they walk around posing", calling out across the gym to one another "Light weight baby" & "Aint nutin but a peanut' all the while lifting weights that are too heavy for them, talking constantly on the phone and preparing a corner of the gym for their deadlift session were they steal every 45pound plate in the gym, lean them against the wall because they will need them in 15 minutes from now when they do their final set of 1 repetition of a failed deadlift. The whole spectacle is quite embarrassing. I also have never understood the whole slamming down weight stacks at the end of a set. If your doing lat pulldowns and at the end of the set you can't pace the stack back down without smashing it from 4 feet above, then you need to ratchet down the weight a tad.
