Kai is already a champion in bodybuilding, having won many shows, including The Arnold.

If his past prohibits him from winning The O, he has already had more success than 99.9% of competitive bodybuilders.

Some say his past helps him. I think that he has the body, the energy, and is pretty decent guy---he's humble and doesn't talk smack, give excuses (other than he doesn't want to play anymore), minus the other stuff, he is what "we" want in a Bber and even to some, a cool dude to hang out with (minus the other stuff).

I've always kinda pulled for Kai because of him being an underdog and
could look past the grapefruit thing BUT that was just depravity.
Who knows if that dude has Herpes in his mouth *and in public
*and on camera.
I've always thought Kai might be a little off BUT this kinda nails that
suspicion in the coffin. I guess his childhood really messed with his head.
I always though it strange too how he just dropped his mentor Oscar
and never even spoke to him again, even though Oscar considered Kai family.

Chris Dickerson was openly gay in the 70s before he won the O. So was Jim Morris, before he won Mr. America. It just wasn't discussed in the very limited bodybuilding media at the time.

And to answer your other question, a gay sex act does not make someone gay anymore than performing a straight sex act makes anyone straight.
