Name these two bodybuilders

1969 the AAU Mr America in Chicago.   This shot was taken a few days before the show. Who are they? One guy likes horrible Mexican maids. The other guy is. . .

His legs are light in that pic. In person they were OK. Remeber it was 1969. He went on to win the Mr America and the Mr Universe.
