He is The Noid---Dominos pizza had him as their "mascot" in the late 80s early 90s.
I believe the same people who did the California Raisins Claymation did The Noid as well.

Another interesting Dominos history fact. They once were going to use monkeys in a commercial but the advertising firm felt that it would be offensive to blacks.

Man, if you lift the pizza up from Pizza Hut, you see nothing but grease! Sometimes so much that it soaks thru the box! All that grease makes me think "Heart Attack"
