I remember when Phil Heath first came out, he was AWESOME! Had the sport moved to HIS look, instead of HE moving to what the IFBB wanted, there could have been a chance of a future for them... Now its just bikini and freaks... I have nothing to say about Jay. He handed me water after my Nationals routine, even though he was never a nice guy. Phil though? He had it going on when he first came around... Now he's just like the rest. No point in 18 iu's of GH a day. No human can process that much anyways. Stupid.
