If he kicked butt in high school, he'd have a full-ride scholarship. Or he can go to school, part-time.

Or, he can join the military and (should he not get shot beforehand), he'd have the GI Bill to help him with school.

There are plenty of routes to college education, besdies sinking yourself in to tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt by getting loans.

I'm sure that Paul wanted to tell the guy that thats not the job of government..to help him...hand him something. But thats what people want...free shit. He should have asked these people if the person to the left or right of them should benefit if they, themselves get an A in a course or project. Should their grade be dropped to a B so that somebody else's grade is raised to a D or C? But he did go to Howard and he did get his message out there. The crowd was respectful....more then Cons usually get.
