i saw jay at the nats in 2000 in new york city n asked him about supplements n i told him i was on the juice also,500 mgs of test a week n 200 mgs of EQ. he said just eat good with lots of protien n up my dosages with the test, i asked him how long does he recommend i stay on a cycle and he said, just keep the train runnin n dont come off ???

supplements r the biggest scam going, if i buy anything its usually just a good protien powder with some good quality creatine, everything else is a waste of money imo

when i was at the nats that year(2000), ronnie n dorian where almost directly across the room from each other in there supplement booths n i was suprised to see that dorian had way more people hanging around his booth than ronnie did. reason i was suprised cause ronnie was the current mr olympia at the time
