Look at Gary Strydom, dude is 54 and retired for years, and still in very good shape. Why would Ronnie be unable to maintain at least a decent, respectable physique like that?

because coleman destroyed his body, he had a lot of back problems, mysterious atrophy on lat and tricep, rumored to be nerve damage, but vic richards claims its some sort of stroke

also must be burned out like a mother fucker and had a satisfying career so doesnt care anymore

His entire right side has atrophied, delts, arms, there's nothing there anymore.

These pros need to take after Bob Paris. He looks very fit and health but is retired so really doesn't resemble a bodybuilder. Doesn't looks like he is taking any PEDS at all, just lots of hikes with his husband in BC.
