he got his heaviest on a bulk cycle and was 165 oyster beef and root beer floats he was 114 in enter the dragon, and was trying to be 100 this is straight from his wife Linda

This guy try every combo drugs imaginable as well as every diet and he never got above 160lbs

Duchaine gets a bad wrap. They're hard to find, but he competed in mixed pairs in the early 80's, and looked good. He just wasn't going to be a big guy. The biggest he got was low 200's in his mid 40's. People love to post those pictures of him looking shitty, but they were early post jail/post stroke. That stroke screwed him up for years.

I enjoyed reading his articles in the old muscle media 2000. MM2K was a great magazine in its prime-way ahead of its time. MD tries hard to imitate but they will never replicate.

I would guess that he was on low doses of gear. His muscle density looks like it was hardened up by a little something.

Also I'm sure he experimenting with all kinds of exotic shit. He was from Hong Kong after all, where they eat tiger penis and baby brains for "more power".

I've juiced on and off for the last few years. I'm not that much heavier than I was before I started. My body comp is completely different though. And I have a a much different look.
