when i eat fat in summer after workin in heat i get very sluggish and tired because the fat makes my body even hotter when i consume iit like i did yesterday with the fully loaded burritos with sourcream and cheesebut the fats will make you have a crazy good boner because then i boned my girl right after i ate that but then was super tired and worthless the rest of the evening because then i experiemented with even more fatty foodsall these foods just made me too hotbut the other day i didnt have much fats at all and but had mega workouts from grape juice and tomato and carbs with lowfat in general all the carbs and sugars kept me real cool in the heat didnt make me sluggish, but shouldve remembered to eat alot of fats at that night because i slept like total shit because i didnt eat fat at nightthings to consider

energy has much more to do with cardio/aerobic fitness than big muscles
Falcon is the mowing season now so he will burn more fat walking and mowing so good for the heart/lungs and fat loss.
that's true, but it won't create a very high level of aerobic conditioning
it depends how how and duration it starts to add up then you breathe harder of course sprinting is superior and boxing
