How many guys have gotten bigger and hold the same cuts? Your body changes over time. Get bigger and things change too. Heath has awesome condition when he competes.

very much agreed!  I imagine this photo was taken at this guys (on left) show, Phil was there to guest post, some camera crew had a back drop set up with some lighting and Phil won't be dropping the weight to shred until weeks before HIS show.  Obviously not P.H's show...
