Anyways so... I have been just reading news and articles on the smart phone (its a large screen). Aah.. two weeks in, going good though! Single digits >_< must achieve.
My last cut I went from 17% to 11-13% while keeping 90-95% of strength then i clean bulked/got even stronger than ever before/maintained and went up to 12-14%... now so far somehow got even stronger but looking leaner in two weeks. Only thing I changed up was added in caffeine/ephedrine (haven't used in more than half a year) and one week in added npp (100mg twice a week -- loving it). Everyone's telling me I'm looking bigger/leaner so yessss
I'll go at it all the way until ramadan so by then I should hit single digits for sure God willing. I'm not a naturally lean guy (not an ecto) so it takes me a lot more effort but oth knows I'm very dedicated and hard working

I'm on a mission here! Mind you last year in may when I started training from scratch and got back on hrt, i was easily over 25% bf. I've never been in single digits and I am a formerly 40% bf obese guy
Gone a long ways since... I'm actually contemplating entering local fitness model competition as the local competition i saw were damn tiny, had no legs and not that lean even.. I can't go on stage in a thong, no way, but shorts sure... hence fitness model... but it's just a thought, might do it for fun..
