More logic from Ricky Retardo?  ::) It's one thing to disagree with a law or regulation and act to have it changed. But if you violate a law or regulation during the course of employment, then as long as that regulation is in place, you are likely to suffer consequences. As always, your comparison is stupid.

He didn't just answer the kid's question. He asked the kid if he owned a bible and then gave him one. How is that not proselytizing?

We've only got one side of the story here, but does this seem a set-up?

Suppposedly the kid asked for it 'repeatedly', and then the administration just magically found out about the incident?

IDK, but on the other hand, the guy had to know that dishing out biblical quotes in a public school may arouse a student's curiosity and start a troublesome chain of events.
