OKAY I have nothing against the guy. i don't even know him. That having been said I have a question. Has Arvilla ever had definition? He's popular here and has his own website and he's a trainer and everything but every picture i've ever seen of him he's fat. Hey Arvilla where are the pictures with definition? I'm sure if you compete you must have been defined at some point.
