Ronnie Coleman Doing Sergio Oliva's Victory Pose
« on: December 18, 2005, 01:45:36 PM »
I was watching Coleman's routine from the 2003 Mr Olympia and he did Sergio's pose , I wonder why the mags never published this pic? I always wondered how he would look in this shot , anyway I took a pic from the vid ( thats the best I could manage ) if anyone has this shot floating around , please share.

Miss Leftee and miss Rightee are evidently his best "friends".

Great arms. There were some stories about his strength growing up awhile back. You know the kind which is too good to be true. Something about repping with lots of weight when chinning. Seemed like it was legit though. I fcuking hate those guys.;D

Priest pulls it off and if Ronnie knew how to pose he could definrtly do it justice    He doesnt angle his arms right.

And please get over the distention thing its been taken care of   give him some credit.

There is only one Myth and it sure isn't Mr. Coleman.

It's been mentioned in previous threads, but McGrath is very very close to Sergio, right down to the unusually great forearms, shape,  musculature and taper. Damn powerful and natural appearance.

Again incredibly similar to Sergio..a more natural, more dense, less drugged up look.

pics of this guy have been popping up for a long time now, why the hell isnt he a pro yet? mcgrath is probably the closest structure-wise to oliva there has ever been....if he could build up his lats a bit more he would nail the victory pose...add a bit more torso size and he should be mr olympia

Whoa!! Wait a minute.

McGrath should be a pro? definitely. Should be in the Olympia? No question about it. Contender for the Olympia title in a few years? Hell yes. Similar to The Myth? Not a chance.

The Myth is on an entirely different level. It's not even debatable ;)

Frank earned his IFBB pro card by winning the superheavyweight and overall at the CBBF Canadian Champtionships in 2003. 26 years old.

Being in Nova Scotia or Newfoundland's akin to being in Green Bay, but more isolated-not the best vehicle for exposure in the American market.

The pecs remind a little of Schwarzenegger or Szkalak. Forearms are ridiculous, very much like Sergio.

the myth is still better yes, but this guy is almost identical structurally....and i thinks hes really young too. just look at the shape and proportions; his torso is a bit longer and his lats dont have the sweep...but if he could focus on building his lats he would be almost identical to sergio oliva. no one else can say that

Frank Mcgrath must have the biggest fucking arms I have ever seen. Saw him in september very tall dude 6"2 maybe and he was at least 270 lbs. He was really lean i think he is doing the ironman

you call that a good taper? Even Lee Priest could do much better than that with his off season physique

That Frank McGrath looks like Eddie Moyzan.  I am one of those people that thinks Sergio had the greatest physique ever.  No one will change my opinion of that ever.

That makes you boring and close-minded. Anyone childishly saying he's not as good as Sergio's a big baby-no one said he was. He looks great on his own merits. He doesn't have Preist's taper, then again he's about a foot taller and doesn't have a heavy drug look yet, either.

Try making remarks that aren't so predictable.

Am I not entitled to my opinion?  By the way I never said Frank looked bad, he looks great.  Sergio is my favorite of all time thats all.
