just bought 2- 45 lb york legacy dbs from fitness exchange for 40 bucks. pic'd with two 50 lb york globes from the 1960's. wearing the pain and gain shirt now 28 dollars take an additional 25percent till mothers day useing code net25 upon checkout.

cool story from behind the iron. i had that pic saved and actually didn't remember where i got it from. i just like looking at old iron and even lifting it on occasion

actually i'm starting to like the old globes and york legacy solid dbs. i'm not liking the professional db handle type as much as before. don't really know the reason.
