years - i started lifting at 17 so you got a point if you only started 16 months ago.
Point is - this shit takes YEARS. Focus on building a good base of muscle for a few years before worrying about getting "ripped" since the first few years are the prime window for muscle growth.

NB, you don't look bad at all, personally I would have trained at least 3 years natural but oh well, don't listen to guys who say they build their mass with years of training that's bullshit, plain and simple. You stop growing after 3 years of training give or take, then it's like running in circles.
