I don't know what the grant looks like for other countries but I know that students learning English get $2k per month and their English program is paid for. They need to pick a focus afterwards and that's covered as well. All the Saudi kids I know that come here go to the local College/University and take the MBA program, or they go to the mainland and go to UBC. They throw money at these kids. Last Christmas they all bought each other iPhones and Macbook Airs. Made me feel poor as fuck.
