flat bench 225, 50 reps, 1 set
incline hammer strength 4 plates each side, 1 set
decline hammer strength 4 plates each side, 1 set
flat dumbell flys 100 lb dumbells, 40 reps 1 set
superset of tricep and bicep exercise, 1 set
hammer strength iso chest, 3 plates each side, 1 set
superset of incline dumbell press, and incline dumbell flys, 1 set
decline hammer strength 3 plates each side, 1 set
hammer strength wide chest press, 3 plates each side, 40 reps, 1 set
superset of tricep and bicep exercise, 1 set
flat bench 135 lbs, 100 reps without stopping, 1 set
superset of trice and biecep exercise, 1 set
