If it is a terrorist attack then they won't arrest someone. The CIA will take him in to custody and then leave the country where laws allow them to inflict torture for more information. They won't let the US judicial system get in the way.

Karl Rove is reporting that there are 600,000 people in Boston and an arrest could still be possible. He wants to go back to the cutting room floor and re-check the broadcasts.

oh it sounds like they got someone. But it also sounds like they arne't ready for him to lawyer up. Better to beat his ass, sweet talk him, etc.

CNN is pissed lol... they KNOW they got someone... they reported it... NBC kept saying "no arrest!"

CNN reports: HUGE police presence at the hostpital suddenly. They are evacuating part of the hospital. Maybe the suspect was in the hospital with injuries all along?

oh - maybe they caught the guy - and he said "yeah, my friend did it too... he got hurt, he's at so-and-so hospital...."

At which point they evac'd the hospital and locked this fcker down, so he didn't see the news on the TV and climb out a window?
