WCVB Channel Five in Boston-Heavy Security at Federal Courthouse; People Moved Across Street

Four US Marshall vans have arrived; heavily armed personnel in the area; and a CODE RED (building evacuated) has been declared. Alarms going off in building; per reporter Kelly Tuthill (who was in there) she was told to HURRY to get out of the building.

Forty to sixty people have streamed out of the building thus far.

Video is being shown of a crowd mustered across the street.

EDIT==They just backed a van INTO the courthouse, and there was a person hanging on the side of the van (like the secret service do when they "stand" on the side of a car). Speculation is that they cleared the building to bring someone in. Nothing verified yet.

EDIT2==The bomb squad has arrived and they are parked out front. They are going in now.

EDIT3--Boats are coming in on the other side of the courthouse. Link to live feed above.

Speculation is starting to form that the bomb squad is there as a preventive measure.
