when it started gettin warm this year the fatigued set in, legs tight and fatigued from standing
i was like fuck this eatin tomato shit its just not cutting it for the energy
peanutbutter was my next choice but tends to give me some zits if i eat more than a jar of it a day
now ive been eating sharp cheddar cheese and that good ol pepper jack cheese. DAMN i got pretty damn good energy now, i never thought highly of cheese but it seems to be what is working for me for energy that doesnt make my face break out they taste so good with plain saltine crackers
well atleast i figured out what to eat in the winter and cold months thats basically eating tomato and rice and beans
now summer seems im needing cheese and crackers ill also cook rice in the morning and add an orange and a banana to it its pretty good carbs
also had a monster kale green shake with kale greens, 2 oranges, some green cabbage, milk and one scoop of vanilla wey
so yeah looks like high fat is whayt you need in the summers
