They want sanctions dropped before they demand money from us.

I think they should extradite fatty to face charges.  He used the threat of nuclear attack in an attempt to extort another nation.  zero way talks should happen while he is in power.  We shouldn't do any bargaining until he is safely hung from a rope.   after a fair trail of course :D

Did Obama change his mind on the preconditions thing?  I thought he used to mock George W Bush for not having direct talks with our enemies (without preconditions).  I'm not sure, but I thought that was the case.

This is an act of desperation by North Korea.  The son is not the father and I'd be willing to bet he would agree to a lot of changes if sanctions were dropped.  The changes are going to have to be extremely gradual and not to radical.   With the right care they will make a transition similar to china.

Our conditions should be:  FUCK YOU

1.  Sanctions will not lifted until inspectors get full access to your country and...
2.  All nuclear programs are to cease immediately and all money from that go to feeding your people and...
3.  No money will be given to you by the US Period.
4.  Any more public threats will be treated as an act of war.

probably but Obama won't do the right thing.  What I said won't happen either but it's a nice thought anyway ;D  NK is the one threating to have it their way or attack with nukes so it does look pretty pathetic if we don't set any conditions.  If we let NK keep getting away with this, WTF...

They'll ask for full disclosure and immediate dismantling of their weaponized nuclear program. They'll send in UN inspectors.  This is pretty much the only thing they can demand.

there should be no condition set before talks with N. Korea.

Let's open a dialog with them. whatever the condition is we want to set they will refuse and this whole bullshit game continues. cut thru the red tape and BS and let's get down to business.
