He certainly ain't overpowered by Cormier, although of course that isn't saying a lot...

Forearms still look solid.

As I've said before, if you read Jon Hotten's Muscle the author spent a fair amount of time with Yates and puts an end to a lot of the bullshit about him since his retirement.

I was talking to Dorian last year after the Arnold.He looked pretty big for someone retired and was hard and cut.I asked him what he weighed he said 265.He looked it.The only problem was a big diff between his arms.the one he tore was much smaller than his other one wiched looked to be over 20in.But he cant help that.

Yeah, one thing about yates, I noticed in his video that torn bicep isnt very pretty... not his fault though..

His blood and guts vid was kick ass..how was he pretty cool?

I met Kevin at the Exp this year, and he is one of the nicest people. Really cool dude!

thanks mike for posting this. 200 pounds? im 5-8 and 200, yates is 5-11 and judging from the pi, must be 240. look at the veins and how thin the skin is on his forearms vs. cc's offseason condition. yates has been retired 8 years, how do you really expect him to look after not being in competative mode for that long?

Cormier actually seems to be one of the smaller pros these days. Dorian looks big there. And didn't his hands and feet get bigger from GH? That adds weight too.

God, you are a fucking clown. He looks slightly smaller in the second photo because of the lighting and angle of the shot. But no, you attribute any apparent difference in muscle mass, however small, to hormone replacement therapy.

Just because someone isn't bulging out of their clothes doesn't mean they aren't big. Dorian could easily be 250 in those photos. Fucking Mickey Mouse retards.
