Welll you kinda would have thought they would have screwed Monday night and not wait until Thursday. The guys who trained these people are not retards. They have been kicking the shit out of the Russians for years, so they had to know that there would be camera's and pictures everywhere. An escape and evasion plan would have been the first thing I would have done after building the bomb and selecting the target. So yeah I bet he's still in there hiding somewhere. I suspect he's the weaker of the two.

I know...how about bomb dogs along the route...racial profiling like they do in Israel. How about instead of "common sense" gun control...common sense immigration. If I was a jihadi shot caller I would unleash a ton of attacks right now. They just shut down a major American city for almost a week.

I'm not a huge fan of these "Cop-erators". I understand the need for a swat team but I think they are going overboard. It's an excuse to spend money and kit up with all kinds of tacti-cool gear.

In today's paper, one Boston politician was saying he thought the guy was in Canada, because the Canadian border is close to Canada.

As for Hugo's comment re: 'shelter in place' I was thinking the same thing.

How on earth can they go door-to-door searching 30,000 homes without a warrant, ...and what happens to the person who says "No, you're not searching my house without a warrant signed by a judge" Do they get arrested and sent to Gitmo?

I just think if they're going to declare martial law they need to call it that. They effectively did just that today. By their own words they were talking about "when they would let people leave their homes" But I guess the people felt better with a freaking army in the streets knowing they were "sheltering in place" lol... Probably not the last time we'll hear that phrase.

I don't even want to see what shit is going to look like in 10 years.

I was thinking the same thing when I made my first post on it, but i didn't want to say anything of the sort because sensitivities are so high and I just knew there would be a backlash referring to me as anti-American... or praying for America's demise. $:-\$

Translation: DHS, ATF, TSA, FBI, NSA, CIA etc and LE will all need more money to fix their failures. Nobody will be held accountable, everyone will get larger funds or grants from funds after DHS's budget triples.

Its kind a hard for me to blast these guys because my uncle was a Mass Statie for 27 years and still does investigations for them as a contractor. These are "my people" but come on. They look they raided a Ranger Joe's catalog warehouse. This is all that homeland security money. Every mom and pop department will have MRAPs because we have thousands we will never do anything with.
