YEP.AT ONE POINT ACOUPLE OF YEARS AGO I WAS RUNNING CLEN ON THE 2 ON,ONE OFF ETC. PLAN,AND WAS DOING ECA ON THE DAYS OFF.THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY ON MY PART.I FEEL THAT LESS IS SOMETIMES MORE WHEN IT COMES TO THESE STACKS.I RUN ECA NO MORE THAN 3 TIMES DAILY NOW AND W/OUT CLEN.I DO,HOWEVER,RUN IT FOR 12-16 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF MY DIET.
