I am VERY far from natural here .. 25 lbs in 4 weeks while lowering the bodyfat percentage from 7-6 .. you do the math

and as far as the green tee pic goes i was eating bout 1200 cals at that point (chocolate muffins, musli, coca-cola) with maybe 60 grams of protein per day while training with baby weights doing Meta Training, so yeah, i ain't gonna be holding much "size" on that protocol
