sorry man, and thank god my girl hasn't seen it yet, coz they i'd have hell to pay

and thanks for the props dude, yep i know that i'm underweight now, but i am very confident and 100% sure that i will add this 6-8 kg of lean muscle by october

my ideal is 180 cm @ 80 kg @ sub-6

yeah i know that it's skinny as fuck, but i'm a realist, and that's also why i want the Men's Physique division
