This is "before", after 2 or 3 years of working out. No muscle mass whatsoever. He wanted to be a bodybuilder and everyone laughed.

Then... BOOM.






2nd from right, SAME FUCKING GUY. Timespan? 4 years.

crazy transformation, obviously on gear of some sort, my question is just how much effort is actually needed to look like that when on?
I mean the fella as a natural has shitty structure and nothing going for him and looks like he would gain next to nothing just hitting the weights and following a good diet.
