but im doing a cheatday every saturday and carb up with pizza icer cream etc... is my metabolism still fucked?
Even more so.
This is not cheat day. This is binge day. Binge once a weak does NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING to metabolism. You could eat extra 300 calories this day from whatever source and it would be exactly same.
This is where I got lost last year while cutting. I had very low calories and hunger was unbearable but I kept that "cheat day" which was in fact "OMFG BUY EVERYTHING IN STORE AND STUFF MYSELF WITH FOOD". This is bullshit, it serves no purpose other than feeding bullimic urges you developed from severe malnutrition.
What it does in fact is it makes you fat. Your metabolic rate is prolly very fucking low so you're like 400 below your maintenance level or even closer to it. During that binge day you consume more than 4000kcal for sure if you do that pizza, ice cream bullshit. This extra calories will not turn into fucking glycogen, you don't have so much muscle mass and you're not on steroids. It will turn into fucking fat.
What you should do is:
- up the calories a little bit
- introduce a little bit of cardio
- if you wanna eat ice cream... go for it, but do that with moderation and DO NOT BINGE. small ice cream is like extra 300kcal, keep that in mind.
- you're fat so most likely you'll respond better to low carbs and higher fats than high carb

- read OTH thread and follow the fucking instructions
- inject 250mg of test weekly
